Collection: CHIAVERIN

In 1928, the Chiaverini brothers began producing jams in a small factory on the outskirts of Florence. At that time, they were sold loose, wrapped in paper. Deliveries were made by bicycle, pulling large wicker baskets. Their Florentine customers included both businesses and private individuals. In the 1930s, the brothers invented the cardboard and aluminum packaging that is still used today, almost unchanged. The nostalgic fruit illustration on the packaging clearly dates back to that time as well. Production has since expanded, and the jams are now exported internationally. Handcrafted production remains a key element.
